Using SportStream

SportStream is a free app for streaming youth sports. By using it, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy policy. You must have the authority and permissions needed to operate the app and your connected account. The app is intended to be operated by adults.

You are responsible for your device, internet connection, account security, and any data charges. Do not use SportStream for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or rights-infringing content, or attempt to interfere with someone else’s broadcast or scoreboard session.

Your broadcasts and responsibilities

You remain responsible for content you capture or publish, including video, audio, team names, logos, and identifying details. Obtain the necessary rights and permissions, including permissions involving youth athletes and their parents or guardians, and follow your league’s and venue’s recording rules.

Choose your audience and broadcast visibility carefully. Shared links can be forwarded and viewers may make their own copies. SportStream does not take ownership of your original content through these terms. Third-party platform terms may separately grant those services rights to process and display it.

YouTube and other services

SportStream uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy. You must meet YouTube’s live-streaming requirements and follow its community and copyright rules.

Optional remote scoreboard control uses a public third-party broker, with the limitations described in our privacy policy. SportStream is an independent app and is not endorsed by Google or YouTube.

Availability and limitations

SportStream is provided on an “as available” basis. Network conditions, device limitations, account restrictions, or third-party service changes may interrupt broadcasts or affect quality. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, recording, synchronization, or successful delivery of a stream.

App features may change over time. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections you have under applicable law.
